1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered
  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product
  • The item is unused and in original packaging

NOT eligible for return:

  • Change of mind after receiving the product
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Pre-order or imported items (unless defective/damaged)
  • Clearance or promotional items

2. Pre-Order & Imported Items

Some products are offered as pre-order or special import.

Please note:

  • Pre-order payments are non-refundable once the item is confirmed and ordered from suppliers
  • Delivery time for pre-orders/imported items may vary
  • If suppliers cancel or fail to deliver, we will refund you in full

3. Refund Process

If your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued via bkash/Nagad/bank transfer or original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 3–7 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • For cash on delivery orders, delivery costs must still be paid (if applicable)

4. Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange for:

  • Size issues (if applicable)
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Defective products

Exchange depends on stock availability.


5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it is shipped.

However:

  • Pre-orders cannot be canceled after supplier confirmation
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted
