1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered
- You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product
- The item is unused and in original packaging
NOT eligible for return:
- Change of mind after receiving the product
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Pre-order or imported items (unless defective/damaged)
- Clearance or promotional items
2. Pre-Order & Imported Items
Some products are offered as pre-order or special import.
Please note:
- Pre-order payments are non-refundable once the item is confirmed and ordered from suppliers
- Delivery time for pre-orders/imported items may vary
- If suppliers cancel or fail to deliver, we will refund you in full
3. Refund Process
If your return request is approved:
- Refunds will be issued via bkash/Nagad/bank transfer or original payment method
- Refund processing time: 3–7 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- For cash on delivery orders, delivery costs must still be paid (if applicable)
4. Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange for:
- Size issues (if applicable)
- Wrong product delivered
- Defective products
Exchange depends on stock availability.
5. Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order before it is shipped.
However:
- Pre-orders cannot be canceled after supplier confirmation
- Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted
